THIS IS HOW YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR YOUR LUNCH WITH THE HELP OF HEYNOW.

Heynow is integrated with the Messenger app for lightning-fast onboarding. If you're not one of the 1.3 billion people who already have Messenger, it's easy to download on the Apple Store or Google Play. (You'll also need a Facebook account to use Messenger).

ORDER AND PAY WHERE YOU ARE:

Get into the ordering system by scanning a QR code. The QR code (see below) can be scanned in the office, on the way to, or on site in the restaurant. (The QR code only needs to be scanned the first time). Choose what you want from the menu and pay by card or Swish. After payment has been made, a lunch voucher will be sent to your phone in return. This in turn is scanned at the restaurant entrance and you will now receive a physical receipt that is handed to the kitchen.

You have the option to charge on roots discount card with 1100 SEK (for 10 lunches) which then becomes your payment ordinary price 110 per lunch. (Applies only to "lunch of the day") Roots discount card can be found inside the food menu, click  =

Order and pay for several print all lunch vouchers in one fell swoop and hand out to your party 

 

 

TO ORDER AND PAY:

1. Open your phone's camera. 

2. Scan the QR code and "get started". 

3. Open lunch menu, choose dish and pay. You will now receive a lunch voucher in return.4. Print out physical lunch voucher at the restaurant entrance, leave to the kitchen.
